Screw holes

Four holes in two pairs. From side is left and right. Top pair from top only moves the upper two. Bottom pair from bottom only moves the lower two. For holes halfway down a radio, set both of those to something like 30–40 mm.

Pocket around each hole

The recess curves around the hole, then runs straight to the side. It only also opens to the top or bottom when the hole is close enough that the pocket reaches that edge. Further down the board you get a U into the side only, like a real Airbus panel.

Edge emboss

A thin raised lip around the outer edge and around each pocket U. Width is how wide that lip is. Depth is how high it sits (0.1 mm steps). The flat face inside is finished with Bambu ironing.
